Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance through live chat channels. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order inquiries, technical support, and general concerns.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while entering information into our customer management system.

Experience

Working Hours
