What to Expect as a Customer Call Center Representative III at arenaflex:

As a Customer Call Center Representative III, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering, processing, and documenting a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
  • Providing world-class customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests
  • Scheduling appointments for examinees
  • Researching, locating, and providing information to appropriate entities
  • Maintaining ownership of calls and documenting all information in our case management system

What is Required to Succeed as a Customer Call Center Representative III at arenaflex:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • A minimum of 3 years call center/scheduling experience
  • Ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones
  • Ability to work as a team member and individual contributor
  • Ability to follow standardized process workflow daily
