Job Responsibilities:

As a Remote Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a member of our Support Team and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Providing status updates to clients at every step of the process and generating outbound calls when contact is needed
  • Answering and responding to all inbound client calls and emails, providing accurate answers to client questions while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Conference in various department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Documenting interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure that other departments are aware of phone call/email conversations that have occurred
  • Maintaining regular and punctual attendance and adhering to Client Service Standards

Essential Qualifications:

* 3 years of mortgage experience, with a preference for mortgage closing/processing/funding experience (MUST HAVE)

  • Knowledge of different types of loans, including FHA/VA, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in the mortgage process flow and established SLA's
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate via phone and email
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
