Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for greeting customers on incoming calls, providing product and service information, and assisting with application issues. Key Responsibilities

* Provide product application guidance and step-by-step assistance to customers

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address product inquiries and help place orders
  • Troubleshoot and work to resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints
  • Document and update customer follow-up records
  • Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service (at least 1 year)
  • Previous experience in a dental office (a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn several platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of dental products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
