Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will:

• Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOPCVS line in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values
• Provide superb customer service to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting
• Serve as a customer advocate when researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies
• Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications
• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
• Uphold arenaflex's goals of delivery through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
• Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications
• Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual in Spanish

• Prior inbound Call Center experience
• Previous experience working from home a plus
• Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience

Education:

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits:

* Position pay rate: $17.00 per hour to start

• Pay range: $17.00 - $32.74

Work Schedule:

* Must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am - 8pm, Eastern Standard Time

• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
• This is a full-time role, with days off may not be consecutive
