The Role of a Chat Support Agent

As a chat support agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients' customers navigate their websites and resolve any queries they may have. Whether it's answering questions about products, services, or policies, or simply providing a friendly and helpful response, you'll be the face of our clients' businesses online. With full training provided, you'll have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role, even if you have no prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our clients' websites

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using a document with answers to commonly asked questions as a reference
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex or sensitive issues
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer queries

Essential Qualifications

* A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
