Virtual Casting Agent / Audition Host (Zoom) We’re a Miami Beach-based production company producing reality shows, podcasts, commercials, and digital content, and we’re looking for a confident, experienced Casting Agent to run live Zoom auditions and vet talent in real time. This is an ongoing, remote role with consistent weekly sessions. ⏰ Schedule: 2 days per week 3 hours per session (via Zoom) Set weekly schedule What You’ll Do: Host and run live Zoom casting sessions Interview and evaluate talent (actors, influencers, models, real people) Ask the right questions to quickly assess personality, presence, and fit Make real-time decisions on who moves forward Source additional talent outside of sessions when needed Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing projects ✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience in casting, recruiting, or interviewing talent Strong on-camera presence and ability to lead Zoom calls professionally Confident communicator who can control a room and direct conversations Sharp instincts for identifying talent quickly Reliable and consistent with scheduled sessions ⭐ Bonus: Experience casting for reality TV or digital content Background in hosting, interviewing, or production Existing network of actors, influencers, or UGC creators Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
