Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in online chat using tools like Facebook Messenger, assisting businesses by responding to live chat messages on their websites or social media accounts.
  • Responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media platforms, addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and offering discounts.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations departments to deliver top-notch support to valued customers.
  • Providing creative problem-solving abilities to provide unique solutions to our customers.
  • Working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, as well as a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

While prior experience in paid live chat work is not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles or customer service.
  • Knowledge of live chat software and tools.
