About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and correspondence, assisting with scheduling and inquiries, and providing support for service, billing, and other customer issues. You will also be required to accurately record customer information and call details using our systems, maintain a solid understanding of our services, marketing promos, and billing features, and assist with administrative tasks for Operations, Sales, and Marketing as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer calls and correspondence, assisting with scheduling and inquiries.

  • Provide support for service, billing, and other customer issues.
  • Accurately record customer information and call details using our systems.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our services, marketing promos, and billing features.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for Operations, Sales, and Marketing as needed.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience and training.
  • 6 months to 1 year of clerical or customer service experience.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
