Experienced Customer Service Representative – On-Site Support for arenaflex

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with each interaction
- Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to resolve non-standard, unstructured issues
- Resolve overdue bills, collect payments from responsible parties, and address client queries regarding delinquent accounts
- Develop repayment plans and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
- Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking databases
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
- Live within 25 to 30 miles of our Arnold, MO site
