As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues, and building strong relationships that drive customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with each interaction
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to resolve non-standard, unstructured issues
  • Resolve overdue bills, collect payments from responsible parties, and address client queries regarding delinquent accounts
  • Develop repayment plans and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
  • Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking databases
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
  • Live within 25 to 30 miles of our Arnold, MO site
