Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, answer questions, and provide personalized guidance on our products and services. Your expertise will help us build trust, loyalty, and satisfaction among our customers, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Provide personalized guidance on our products and services, including plan details, benefits, and features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
