The Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
- Solving customer issues regarding employee benefits, researching problems, and processing documents
- Maintaining satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
- Call center experience
- Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
