Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team of customer service experts. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in connecting nurses with healthcare facilities that need to cover shifts. You'll navigate online to verify nurses' credentials, contact them via written message to confirm their credentials, and handle follow-up phone calls to check the status of the shift. Key Responsibilities

* Verify nurses' credentials online after they've selected a healthcare facility to work with

• Contact nurses via written message to confirm their credentials are valid for the selected facility
• Handle follow-up phone calls to check the status of the shift and ensure a smooth experience for both nurses and healthcare facilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of nurse credentials and shift status
• Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the process
• Provide exceptional customer service to nurses and healthcare facilities, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with online verification systems and data entry software a plus
