Job Summary
As a Work from Home Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, maintaining, and retrieving data for our databases. You'll work closely with our team to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through careful data verification and organization. Key Responsibilities
* Inputting data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
- Typing in data provided directly from customers
- Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
Experience
* Previous experience in data entry or equivalent position is preferred

* Flexible work schedule, typically 20-40 hours per week
