Job Type

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Apple Home Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to arenaflex products
  • Assisting customers with product setup and usage
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and technical issues accurately
  • Staying updated with the latest arenaflex products and features
  • Providing feedback to improve customer service processes
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Basic Educational Requirements
