Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Gaming experience, which can help you develop the multitasking and quick thinking skills needed for this role.
• A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

• Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
• Live within the state of Florida.
• Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
• Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
