Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers
- Working with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
- Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
- Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Drive to solve problems and meet goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements for Remote Work:
* Excellent Internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Hardwired internet access (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
- A productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
