Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the front line in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, handling and resolving customer complaints with patience and professionalism, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred but not required

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
