Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, and maintaining detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
