Business Analyst (NO Data Analysts)

Kikoda is seeking an experienced business analyst to join our powerhouse team. As a business analyst on one of our teams, you will be responsible for documenting and clearly conveying business rules and project requirements to project stakeholders (including our client) and the software development team. In conjunction with the entire team, your primary goal will be to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the project, meeting high-quality standards, and exceeding customer expectations. To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Five or more years of business analysis experience. Although not required, experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and project stakeholders and software development team members
• The ability to perform thorough business and functional requirement interviews with business units, stakeholders and technical leaders
• The ability to translate requirements into system design specifications to include business scenarios (flowcharts), use-cases and wire frames
• The ability to test software to ensure that it performs business requirements
• Agile (or hybrid Agile) experience preferred
