Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, resolving issues, and driving business growth through proactive communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing customer support in an independent work environment, serving as the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process and ensure timely resolution.
  • Determining when hospital requests require escalation, based on complexity or high-priority needs, and escalating issues to the relevant teams.
  • Solving customer complaints and documenting them in our CRM system to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Effectively coordinating collaboration between internal departments (sales, customer service, delivery, and accounts receivable) to ensure 100% service level to customers while adhering to company quality and revenue recognition policies.
  • Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships.
  • Processing all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology.
  • Consistently demonstrating a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.
  • Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Potential specialized representative for CSR's or POC's.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to document customer interactions and issues.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless issue resolution and 100% service level to customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
