Job Summary

As an Office Technician - MLTC Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the MLTC team with data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely data entry, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Data entry: Enter information contained on medical and NFOCUS claim forms with high accuracy and speed (minimum 8000 kph with 95% accuracy)

  • Customer service: Respond to inbound calls regarding claim status, client eligibility, and provider payments
  • Administrative tasks: File, sort, and open mail; copy and research documents; maintain accurate records
  • Data review: Review medical claim forms for missing or incomplete data
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the MLTC team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Proofreading skills and accurate data entry
  • Ability to file and retrieve materials using alphabetical and numerical filing systems
  • Ability to perform repetitive work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience

  • Experience with Enterprise One, NFOCUS, MMIS, OnBase, and Microsoft Excel
  • Internal and external customer service experience
