Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Remote Airline Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring passengers receive outstanding assistance and support throughout their travel experience. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide essential information regarding flight bookings, baggage, reservations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing personalized solutions to their unique needs

  • Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations, ensuring seamless travel experiences
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and other relevant details

  • Process refunds, upgrades, and other transactions as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications:
