Responsibilities

As a Business Support /Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and data entry support to our senior executives. Your tasks will be divided into three main areas: Administrative Support, Data Entry, and Additional Tasks. ### Administrative Support (50%)

  • Provide virtual executive assistance to senior management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, using your excellent organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries, ensuring that our executives are always on schedule.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Handle email and phone correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, upholding the trust and integrity of our organization.

### Data Entry (30%)

  • Accurately enter data into various software systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records, using your technical skills to optimize data management.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate reports and provide insights, using your analytical skills to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure data entry is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

### Additional Tasks (20%)

  • Conduct research and provide information, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions and answer questions.
  • Develop and maintain documents, templates, and presentations, using your creativity and technical skills to enhance our visual identity.
  • Assist with project coordination and management, working collaboratively with our team to deliver results.
  • Provide customer service support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

To succeed as a Business Support /Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy, using your attention to detail and technical skills to ensure data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
