Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support and engagement through live chat, email, and phone
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
