Responsibilities

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and updating Amazon seller accounts, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Conducting product research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Handling data entry tasks with high accuracy, including data management, reporting, and analysis
• Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment
• Responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools
• Familiarity with Amazon seller platforms and tools, including Amazon Seller Central and Amazon MWS
• Excellent data management skills, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
