Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality service, while also contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information to clients in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to senior team members.
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to relevant teams.
  • Maintain call center database by entering information and documenting customer interaction, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement reporting requirements as directed by supervisor or manager, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer support processes.
  • Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members in resolving complex issues.
  • Assist in the training of new-hires and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and phone systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.

  • Experience working in a remote work environment or call center.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative).
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English and one or more additional languages).
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
