Job Summary

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers through our online chat platform. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive, helpful attitude and approach, while providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and approach, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
• Stay up-to-date on all products and services offered by arenaflex, ensuring that you can provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
• Participate in departmental meetings, company meetings, and in-services to stay informed about organizational initiatives and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management, including maintaining a professional, safe, and clean work environment
• Meet minimum monthly goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
• Work a varying schedule, including start times that may change from day to day

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the education sector or a related field

• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and become familiar with our offerings
• Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
• Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of online collaboration tools and platforms
