Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with interpreters over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls with a positive and efficient attitude
  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
