Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits
  • Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Providing information about current plans and products
  • Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customers' needs
  • Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, secured workspace

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
