Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support to our clients' customers. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to answer questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. With arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and provide support via phone

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Quiet home office environment or quiet workspace
  • Computer with high-speed internet (Windows 7 or better)
  • Working headset with microphone
  • Ability to perform work without supervision
  • Must be over 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in sales or customer service

  • Familiarity with Google Chrome browser
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
