Job Summary

As a Telemed Interviewer, you'll be responsible for supporting our Telemed team by ensuring that all incoming work is assigned and completed within the same day. This will involve answering incoming telephones for Telemed Interviews, field offices, agents, brokers, applicants, and clients, handling complaints as needed, and having a basic understanding of the paramedical process. You'll also have the opportunity to act as a mentor for your teammates, providing training and assistance with special projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Interviews: Conduct Telemed Interviews with clients, gathering health history and personal information as required

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Training & Development: Attend and participate in development programs, maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills through cross-training and mentoring
  • Professional Image: Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times, representing arenaflex with integrity and respect
  • Goals & Objectives: Set goals and objectives for professional growth, reviewing and revising them on an ongoing basis, and providing input and support to management and practice decisions

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Good organizational skills, effective communication skills, and critical thinking
  • Ability to work compatibly as a team member with co-workers
  • Ability to logically think and determine the next step to pursue
  • Prefer 6 months of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
