Growth & Implementation Coordinator

Remote (prefer Carolina’s or Southeast) Part Time (with path to full time hours) Reports to: President, BloomHR Human Resources Consulting Industry BloomHR is the extension of our clients HR departments, and sometimes their entire HR department. We provide hands-on day-to-day support paired with strategic guidance to strengthen our clients teams, navigate complex decisions, and put the right programs in place to grow. Our clients trust us with their people strategy, as that is the business strategy. We support senior level strategy, align the right talent in the right seats, and create employee programs to match your culture & business goals. As we approach our 1 year anniversary and are continuing to scale, we have an increasing need to continue providing strong execution and delivery for our clients. What you’ll do: Starting in a part time capacity of 15-25 hours/week, you will be the glue between a signed contract & happy client, specializing in 2 areas: client delivery, and prospecting, with a growth path to be involved in a 3rd area: marketing initiatives. You ensure a seamless client onboarding experience, and support drive new client opportunities with consistent follow up through the sales process. Coordinating administrative logistics of PEO transitions with clients, actively contributing to outreach, pipeline development, and client conversion, and eventually supporting BloomHR’s external presence through social media & marketing collateral.

  • Implementation Support & Project Management: Coordinate PEO onboarding and offboarding projects. Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and PEO partners during the transition phase with a focus on execution, organization, and follow-through.
  • Partner closely with internal team members (HRBP/HR Generalist) who provide strategic guidance & participate in ongoing client & PEO check-in’s
  • Identify questions, issues, or more complex needs and bring them forward as needed
  • Support a smooth, organized client experience that sets the foundation for long-term engagement with BloomHR
  • Attend implementation meetings, capture action items, and drive follow-up to ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Growth & Pipeline Management: Manage and respond to inbound leads, including partner referrals. Conduct introduction & qualification calls with prospective clients, owning timely & consistent follow up communications.
  • Scheduling meetings for qualified prospects with BloomHR leadership. Supporting conversion efforts through ongoing communication, materials, and follow through.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to generate new opportunities (referrals, networking, targeted outreach, etc.). Tracking & managing leads through HubSpot, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility & follow up tracking.
  • Participate & maintain close coordinator with key partners to support shared opportunities, including regular partner sync & sales meetings to stay aligned on pipeline & opportunities

As you grow with BloomHR, we'd like this role to grow from part time to full time hours and adding responsibilities including:

  • Marketing & LinkedIn Presence: Manage the LinkedIn posting cadence and engage with the community to maintain brand awareness.
  • Contribute to marketing & content initiatives across BloomHR’s service lines (Core, Core+, Strategic, Recruiting)
  • Collateral Development: Assist in creating and updating sales decks, one-pagers, and marketing materials (using tools like Canva).
  • Messaging Alignment: Refine talk tracks and ensure messaging remains consistent across all partner-facing materials.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Interest in HR consulting, operations, marketing, sales or business development
  • Strong communication & relationship building skills, both written & verbal, in a highly cross functional role (internal & external)
  • Comfortable engaging with clients, and prospective clients
  • Ability to manage & prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, time management, and execution-oriented
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Be a life-long learner, able to quickly build knowledge across PEO’s, HR services, and sales processes
  • A desire to progress with time across multiple areas of a growing business, including sales, prospecting, and appointment setting, contributing directly to revenue growth.
  • Takes proactive steps to improve overall processes
  • It’s nice to have familiarity with Canva, HubSpot or other CRM system

  • We’d like to see this person grow into adding responsibilities (and to full time hours) in 2027 to contribute to driving new client opportunities & ensuring consistent follow through after the sales process (pipeline management). Managing inbound leads, conducting outreach, participating in early-stage sales conversations, scheduling & conducting initial discovery calls with prospects, coordinating final prospect calls with leadership.
  • Occasional (quarterly) in person internal team development or client events, typically in the greater Charlotte, NC area.

  • Hourly compensation negotiations begin at $22/hour and will depend on experience
