Live Chat Representative
Pulse Universal Communication is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. You will help resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless digital experience for every visitor. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate product, service, and account information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
