Key Responsibilities

As a Wireless Customer Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, upgrades, or service adjustments with their products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service during the entire enrollment process, answer questions, and resolve issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage customers in direct sales presentations with the goal of enrolling them in new services or upgrading their current ones
