Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing dispatch calls, and ensuring the smooth flow of our business operations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Manage dispatch calls, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations
  • Enter client information, payments, and confidential data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Maintain a high level of organization and productivity in a fast-paced office environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the roofing industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service, dispatch, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and dispatch systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
