About the Job

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our help desk operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with our help partner organizations (BPOs) to identify areas for improvement and implement quality monitoring projects that drive measurable results. Your expertise will help us achieve our goals in customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and other key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement quality monitoring projects to identify areas for improvement and drive measurable results

  • Collaborate with help partner organizations (BPOs) to ensure their quality meets arenaflex's standards
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help partners improve their performance
  • Perform business audits with help partner groups to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify, suggest, and implement process and project enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs
  • Recognize and investigate trends early and frequently
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis

Travel Requirements:

This role may require up to 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or four years of work experience in a related field

  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and process enhancements across multiple help desks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Owner's mindset, focused on quality, yield-driven, proactive, and continuously driving improvement
