Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-related duties, including:

  • Creating Relationships with New Customers: Build relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Effectively promote client products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to the customer service team, including tasks such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as needed.
  • Assisting with Overflow Work: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, ensuring that customer support is always available and responsive.
