Your Role at Arenaflex

As a Customer Experience & Partnership Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty across all touchpoints, including content, emails, and customer service interactions.
  • Designing and executing experiments to encourage subscribers to share their Parentfile with family and friends, driving organic growth and user acquisition.
  • Launching and managing the Arenaflex affiliate program, partnering with influential individuals, including moms, teenagers, and retired individuals, to promote our platform.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to integrate our platform into their client offerings.
  • Conducting regular product research with friends, colleagues, and industry experts to gather feedback and inform product positioning for various demographics.
  • Creating compelling written content and visual materials to support customer communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with our small but dynamic team to share workload, drive results, and achieve shared goals.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the parent mindset and the ability to "live the brand."
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a rapidly growing startup environment.
  • A passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails and content.
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving objectives, with a focus on driving business results.
  • A positive, resilient, and energetic attitude, with a willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to changing circumstances.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive annual base salary of $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
  • Future equity opportunities, subject to Arenaflex's equity plan.
  • A $125.00/month work-from-home subsidy to support your remote work setup.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including paid vacation, sick, and public holidays; medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability coverage; health savings and flexible savings accounts; and a 401(k) plan with annual company match.
  • Up to $300 in pet adoption reimbursement to support your furry friends.

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time, exempt position with a standard Monday - Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you meet the required working hours and deliver exceptional results.
