Event Representation & Public Engagement ● Represent Live Wildly at conferences, convenings, and public engagement opportunities statewide ● Lead and staff tabling activations, ensuring clear, compelling communication of Live Wildly’s mission and initiatives ● Support speaking engagements, policy events, and strategic gatherings ● Serve as a professional and credible ambassador for the organization 3. Field Operations & Asset Management ● Lead event logistics from planning through execution and breakdown ● Retrieve and manage materials stored in Live Wildly’s Tampa storage unit ● Coordinate transportation or shipping of event assets ● Set up and break down displays, signage, and activation materials ● Maintain organized inventory and proactively manage asset condition and replenishment 4. Communications & Contractor Coordination ● Serve as the primary liaison to newsletter, social media, and digital communications contractors ● Assist with and coordinate content development timelines, approvals, and deliverables ● Translate field activity, conservation milestones, and outreach efforts into clear communications inputs ● Maintain a communications calendar aligned with conservation initiatives and key events ● Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand across platforms ● Track basic performance metrics and support reporting needs 5. Statewide Travel & Field Coordination ● Travel extensively throughout Florida for meetings, landowner engagement, events, and county outreach ● Must be able to rent and operate an oversized vehicle (e.g., cargo van or large SUV) when required for event transport ● Coordinate travel logistics and scheduling in collaboration with leadership Compensation & Benefits ● Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually ● 401(k) matching ● Dental insurance ● Flexible schedule ● Health insurance ● Paid time off ● Vision insurance ● FSA plans ● Travel reimbursement (mileage or rental vehicle costs) ● Per diem for multi-day travel ● Lodging provided or reimbursed for overnight events ● Significant exposure to statewide conservation strategy and policy engagement ● Opportunity for growth within a mission-driven, high-impact organization ● Work from home
