Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, answering questions, scheduling consultations, and providing information on our services. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas, USA, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.

  • Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits.
  • Collaborate with our dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's services, products, and promotions to provide informed support to our clients.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a calm demeanor.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software.

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish preferred).
  • Experience with dispatch software and tools.
  • Familiarity with the roofing industry and its terminology.
