Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing white-glove customer service to our high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests. You'll be working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment, servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email).

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clientele, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional

  • Fulfill requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests
  • Work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment, servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email)
  • Communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including but not limited to first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • 1 year of Call Center experience required
  • Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business, communications)

  • Experience working in a concierge or luxury service environment
  • Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Environment and Company Culture

* Work from home opportunity with a flexible schedule

  • Full-time (up to 40 hours a week), 8-hour shifts, permanent

Compensation and Perks

* Starting at $18.00/hour with the potential to earn a monthly bonus

  • $2.00/hour shift differential for all hours worked after 7pm ET

Requirements for Working from Home

* Must provide a private at-home office space, with a lockable door, free of distraction

  • Must procure, set up, and maintain high-speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload
  • Internet connection must be direct from modem/router to equipment via hard-wired Ethernet cord capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods)
  • Satellite users are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service
