Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Mandarin speaking customer service representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to our members and providers. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations. Responsibilities As a Mandarin speaking customer service representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility * Providing accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries * Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions * Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) * 2+ years of experience in call center support or customer service * 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in the dental insurance or benefits industry * Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience with call center software and technology Work Environment and Culture As a work-from-home customer service representative, you'll enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the support of a collaborative and dynamic team.
