Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and concerns, following instructions precisely and using your problem-solving skills to find solutions
  • Collaborating with our team to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide informed responses to customer inquiries

Contract Length and Rate

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours (flexible scheduling available)
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Hours per Week and Location

* Flexible scheduling, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule
