The Role

  • Work autonomously, following detailed instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Requirements:

* A reliable device with internet access capable of handling social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • The ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • A minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during peak seasons
  • No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively
