Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our clients' customers, answering inbound calls after hours, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to our clients' customers to say "Thank you, and what can we improve upon?"

  • Answer inbound calls after our clients' end their day, taking information and sending it through for handling as an emergency or a message
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients' customers
  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and retention rates
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service

  • College degree, with a focus on business, communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with a strong understanding of Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including international customers
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
