Job Summary
As an experienced Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing incoming customer enquiries, providing instant valuations, and managing trade-in operations. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, and ensuring that they receive a seamless and efficient experience. Key Responsibilities
* Process incoming customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
- Provide instant valuations for customers, taking into account desired profit margins, postage costs, and other factors
- Issue postage labels and ensure customers receive their payment
- Assist with listing goods on eBay (capacity permitting)
- Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Initial Training and Onboarding
* 2-day paid training on a weekend that suits you (Saturday and Sunday)
- Comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and procedures
- Ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team
Requirements and Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role or virtual assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using technology, including email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
- Basic knowledge of eBay and online marketplaces (desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the trade-in or e-commerce industry
- Knowledge of eBay and online marketplaces
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
