Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer service, technical support, and sales calls, emails, and chats with a high degree of professionalism
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
  • Building strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S.A. citizen or Legal Resident
  • A clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
  • A computer and cable or DSL Internet connection
  • The ability to invest $12.95 for a background check (you'll receive a copy) and the cost of client training (all fees are reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
  • A willingness to attend a virtual training session unpaid for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day
  • The ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week (you create your own schedule)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
