What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
  • Collaborating with the team to create and improve Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
