GENERAL SCOPE Manages an assigned account base, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical sales and service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Sales Service Professional’s sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business for the District within an assigned Territory where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility. Candidates must live in the vicinity of Regina, SK. KNOWLEDGE This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased equipment at customer locations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The Territory Manager is tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently delivering Solenis’s value proposition and meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) for key applications, including laundry, kitchen, and housekeeping services. A key aspect of the role involves building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted partner in ensuring their operational needs are met. This position leverages modern systems for communication, reporting, and auditing purposes, ensuring accurate tracking of service activities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to manage a variety of tasks independently while meeting critical service deadlines. The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,890.00 and 79,850.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
